Hello guys. It has been the 3rd week since i first came here in Melbourne.

The feeling was a little crazy.

Quite fortunate to be here studying in RMIT who is well known for their design as well as other areas too.

I miss my family a lot

I miss my kelvin so much too

and my dear friends!

I keep telling myself that it will be very fast and it will be over very soon so that i can go back and join them in singapore :)

My only fear is that, i may not get a decent job in Singapore. :(

So worried T_T

I don't have so much of confidence when i came across with the vacation jobs in Melbourne.

They require so much of courage and confidence.

I just can't..

Sometimes i find myself so lousy.

Nevertheless, i will give my best shot in school since its my passion and this is why i am here with that goal.

As soon as i went to post office to mail my envelopes to overseas,

I had few fears running through my mind.

Decided to distract myself from thinking negatively, I read a novel book.

I had about 45% more to finish the book, and i had plenty of time.

I was wondering if i can even finish the book.

Read through while drinking milo.

The story was extremely exciting because there's pretty lots of romances going on.

Not horny parts, lol.

Anyway, in that book,

there's this guy who is a soldier.

He said he doesn't believe in love and won't bother finding one when his army squat said he will one day.

He finally met a girl of his dreams.

They clicked pretty well and got tgt.

Kept in contact regularly through calls and emails when he got back to army for many months.

Met up again, and they were so sweet tgt.

Few months later, he was going to get discharged from army, meaning he will be back for good.

Until a recent war happens, and he feel like he wanted to stay on and lead the army.

She was looking forward but because of the war, she wanted to support him and his decisions.

And now, she fell in love with her best friend.

Told the soldier that she cannot love him anymore even though she will remember the times they spend together.

He got angry.

2 years passed by.

He came back and had nowhere to go.

Decided to took some courage to find her.

She's married.

But her husband is down with a disease and have been in bed for 6 months.

They couldn't afford to go for an operation who can make him feel better.

So in that town, everyone is gathering some donations to help them.

Soldier thought he has a chance when he saw her.

But its her husband who is now dying and shouldn't break their marriage through that reason.

He left and made a super big anonymous donation and left.

They finally got money to go for an operation even though he may not live till old age.

Soldier left and went back to army.

SAD STORY! T_T

So after reading this, i know that sometimes we shouldn't expect too much from others.

We cannot possibly believe that this person would love you as much as you do.

In order for relationships to work, especially long distance relationships,

it takes so much understandings, patience, and efforts to make it work to keep the love strong and alive.

If i would get accepted to Australia either to RMIT or UniSA, and got rejected by SIT and NAFA...

I got to be strong and face whatever it comes.

Today something happen.

sis and mum kept quarrelling over a matter.

Sometimes (or most) on Sundays, my family would go and fetch a family of 3. Their child is around 5 years old, and she's beautiful btw.

well, at first i find it quite ma fan to always fetching them before church.

sometimes we had to wait by the road for them to come down.

quite mafan. they late, we will be even more late because we siblings will need to go to another youth meeting after dropping them and mum to one church adult meeting.

Somehow at first, we all fine with it. when weeks passes by, we start to get a little annoyed by it.

So something happen unusual today.

Bro and i felt really tired and hard to get up in the morning today hence mum and sis left for church.

Because steven is not there to drive them as usual, they took a cab.

they took a cab to fetch them as always.

The taxi driver said cannot bring them because the little girl is considered big enough to be called one passenger and the taxi itself allow 4 passengers only.

Guess what.

Mum ask sis to get down and take another taxi so that the threesome can get on board.

Shocked? Yes, i was.

My sis cried.

She got angry.

I sided with sis and told mum that she shouldn't do that way to her just because the 3 of them cannot get in their taxi. And they can take another taxi themselves.

Mum said.

We just have to help whatever we can ok? Shirley, you are big enough to get a cab. I give you some money to pay besides, you are the only one going to a different location besides us.

Most importantly,

The more we give, the more we will get blessed by God. Ok?

I got reminded how my aunt and uncle waited for us downstairs so that they can fetch us to church every sunday for many years until we finally had our own car.

So i learnt something from today's incident.

Give more than you take.

I'm really blessed to have her as our mum. :)

Finally we had authentic thai dinner on the 3rd night in phuket!

I did touch the elephant, but his hair is so hard, so i'm touching his hair( can't be seen in the photo clearly so it seems like i'm just pretending to touch him -_-)

When we wanted to take pics, i went to the elephant first, then hf behind me, then twl behind him. lame... HAHAH

so i switch places and let hf be brave.

LOL seems like i'm the brave of the bravest.

I'M NOT SCARED! :P

Hello guys!

I just came back from phuket last few days ago.

I think i'm still tired from the trip.

I woke up are 11am today and nap again at 4pm till 6pm.

Going to Phuket today.

Going to leave home at 3.30pm and now is about 1pm.

LOL.

I hope i am recovering well from flu and sore throat so that i can go out and play as much as i can for 4 days and 3 nights :)

Last night dear came to see me at a late hour. I was pretty surprised that you came! I haven't see you for a week (a few decades for me).

K's family outing last wed! :D

Met kelvin at vivocity while waiting for the rest to come. :)

He personally took train to vivocity despite of his parents who drive there from his home later and he just want to eat with me earlier and spend some quality time alone with me before they join us.

He is really so damn sweet. :)

After the whole day out with his lovely family, I started to feel like a part of the family. Aww thanks dear for this chance ^^

Yesterday morning I took the whole morning doing the colleagues stuff. I was doing the cards, and making sure they won't get mixed up.

Ard 11am, dear ask if we can meet in the afternoon since I have no plans till the evening. So we went to watch a movie..
And I saw in my iPhone that the movie starts at 2.30pm and it located at plaza GV. So I told kelvin, that this movie; 300 with eng sub is at tiong baru.

He left his place earlier hence was going to buy the tickets before I reach.
'Movie starts at 2:55pm. Is it okay?'

I'm like HUH. 'I thought it was 2.30pm'
Then he said, 'eh this movie no eng sub'
I'm like HUH again. How can that be!
Then he check his iPhone. ' Dear, it's plaza Singapura...' Oops shit!

Damn pasieh, OMG
LOL -.-
Then we went shopping after movie!

Saw a shop filled with young ladies fighting for clothes and queuing up to try. We saw some dresses really pretty, and he told me to try them.

I saw so many pretty dresses and don't know which one is really nice. Then I start picking them up. One dress look pretty plain but sweet, so I took that. Other than that, dear pick some dresses for me to try out.

The one I chose, doesn't really look appealing and it look kinda of weird on my body. -.-

Dear say it look cute on me. Lol
Then I went to try other dress he chose.

Wah, damn nice la! But it's a little too big. so I ask him to get one size smaller. Then I watch him telling one sales girl abt the size. When she went to the storeroom to find, I saw him joining other ladies finding dresses. HAHAHA

awww why he so cute?!

He found one black dress (which I tot I wouldn't look nice in that coz usually I look good in white or bright colors) but coz he chose that, so maybe I just try on just to make him happy for once.

Then I tried this dress (the size was a little bigger earlier) and it look nice and the cutting was just nice! Not too tight or too big.

Dear said "okay buy this! Go try another one(black dress). Be quick. A lot of girls queuing. Don't take too long."

Then I quickly change. I didn't really notice that because I'm always only looking at him, not at the people ard me. I should learn to be more considerate next time :x

Then I quickly went to change my outfit to black dress. Surprisingly it look really something I really like as well!

then I quickly ask him whether okay. He saw less than 2 secs and smiled brightly.
"Okay! Buy! Quick!"

Hahaha. Why he look so sweet! *scream
Until I changed back to my own outfit, I have been smiling to myself. I keep telling myself how blessed I am to have a guy like him.

And later, he asked me whether he can buy for me using his own money.

I said no without any hesitation because he's not working and still studying. He look abit sian. Then he say, "let me buy this for you please? I never buy you anything before as your boyfriend. Please?"

Then we went to eat some Taiwan Mee. I saw jiayi's exworkplace manager! Before we left, he said goodbye. I took this chance to ask him, "you know jiayi? Jiayi?" He was taken back and smiled & said yep..

"Great! I rmb you!"

After that, we got separated at Jurong East. He went for some CCA meeting :)

Met up with CORians from 2010 and 2011! :D

It was a nice chit chat with them!

After that, i went home!
